Meghan King showed her new nose and breast surgery in a series of Instagram Stories uploaded on Friday.

The Real Housewives of Orange County star, 38, proudly displayed the results of her nose operation on her Instagram Stories on Friday.
In her first video, King showed off her nose seven days after surgery, which was partially covered by a bandage.
“I can see my nose, the tip of it, so I’m so excited,” she remarked as she arrived at CosmetiCare, her plastic surgeon’s clinic, to view her new nose for the first time.
Dr. Michael Niccole made an appearance on her Instagram Stories before the “big reveal,” saying she also had her breasts done.
“We did breasts… We didn’t do anything to her toes, but we did do her nose,” he joked, before removing the bandage.
In another video, Dr. Niccole tells the actress to remove her sutures later that day and not to touch her nose.
“This is one of the many reasons why I chose Cosmeticare and Dr. Niccole,” she wrote over the video. “He was always explaining things really well. It was helpful and awesome to understand the surgery and the results!”
She posted another video of herself one month after her operation, admitting she was “stunned” by the swelling after removing the bandage off her nose.
“When he removed the bandage, my nose was broader than it had been… I experienced a vagal basal response. Look it up if you don’t know what it is “King was referring to a reaction characterized by a variety of symptoms.
Soon after Dr. Niccole removed the bandage and mentioned the swelling, she offered admirers another look at her nose, saying, “You can see why I was completely horrified.”
The swelling subsided “a few hours later,” according to King, who posted another photo as verification. “I’m still completely blown away in the difference by the swelling in my nose after just a few hours.”
She then published a collage in which she contrasted how her nose appeared shortly after the bandage was removed with how it appeared on Friday, which was around one month after the procedure.
King joked at the conclusion that Squidward from SpongeBob SquarePants’ nose resembled her “original” nose.
She originally made her intentions for plastic surgery known in July by uploading a swimsuit selfie with her 5-year-old daughter Aspen. Together with her ex-husband Jim Edmonds, King is the mother to 4-year-old twins Hart and Hayes.
“Instagram (swipe)➡️ vs reality. You made it through Monday, let it all hang out 😵🥳,” she captioned the post at the time, adding in part: “(also… new 🍈 🍈 coming soon! Ten years and three babies and mommy wants to see a 👩🏻⚕️🔪. How do we feel ab this?).”
