Officers responded to a disturbance at home at 2:31 a.m. Dec. 26 and found a man standing over a woman while bleeding from his face.They learned the two had been arguing about a phone and another woman. It was believed the man was on top of the woman choking her and she reached over and grabbed a stone trash can and struck him in the face to defend herself.
