Marquez Valdes-Scantling and the Seattle Seahawks have agreed to a one-year, $5.5 million deal. The Seahawks had a need at receiver following their trade of DK Metcalf and release of Tyler Lockett.Valdes-Scantling will reunite with offensive coordinator Klint Kubiak, who had the same position last season with the New Orleans Saints. Valdes-Scantling was released by the Buffalo Bills midseason.
