An Upper Hanover Township man must answer to charges in Montgomery County Court that he allegedly fired gunshots at police and a civilian during an incident that began in Upper Montgomery County and ended with a chase into Bucks County and a standoff with SWAT officers for several hours before he peacefully surrendered.
