This 2002 BMW M3 coupe was acquired by the seller in 2019 and has been built into a NASA time trial and track car. The built is highlighted by a short-stroke V8 based on a 6.2-liter block fitted with a revised crankshaft, 14:1-compression Diamond pistons, Oliver Racing connecting rods, a Cam Motion camshaft, LS7 heads, dry-sump lubrication, and a custom intake and exhaust system. The engine is linked to an 8HP45 eight-speed automatic and the M3’s rear end, and adjustable coilover suspension, AP Racing front brakes, APEX 18″ alloys, a splitter, and a Nine Lives Racing rear wind were added. The stripped interior features a cage, safety equipment, race seats and harnesses, and an AEM display. Several spares convey with the car, including an extra engine, transmission, and spare wheelset, along with a 2019 Mayhem Trailers double-axle open trailer. This E46 M3 is now offered in Canada with Ontario registration.
